Antonio
Antonio began training Aikido in 2013 during his final year at university, initially looking for a way to balance the demands of study and research. What started as a welcome break from academic life soon became a lifelong practice. Through years of consistent training, he has developed a deep appreciation for Aikido’s emphasis on relaxation, awareness, adaptability, and continuous self-improvement, and how these principles can be applied both on and off the mat. Antonio currently holds the rank of 2nd Dan.
